Shadowbrook’s magnficent setting, fine cuisine and professional service create the perfect setting for banquets and special events. Four dining rooms, each with its own unique setting, allows you to select the environment most suitable for your gathering.


The Owner’s Private Reserve
Used by Shadowbrook’s owners when entertaining friends, the Private Reserve is a warm, secluded setting for groups of up to 18 guests. Located on the main dining entry level, it features a wall of windows and an imposing river rock fireplace.

The Redwood Room
The newest dining room at the Shadowbrook, the Redwood Room is perfect for intimate gatherings of up to 26 guests. Built with an abundance of redwood, milled from old wine barrels, it opens onto a richly-flowered patio, overlooking our Chef’s herb garden.

The Wine Cellar
A delightful setting for dinner parties, the Wine Cellar can accommodate up to 46 guests. Shadowbrook’s original wine cellar, it features a corner fireplace, rich redwood, old brick craftsmanship, and hundreds of wine bottles nested in storage. For either the Wine Cellar or Greenhouse beverages and hors d'oeuvers can be served on our patio overlooking Soquel Creek.

The Greenhouse
Enclosed in glass and set on the banks of gentle Soquel Creek, the Greenhouse is found adjacent to the Wine Cellar. Opening onto our creekside brick patio, it affords a comfortable, casual environment for dining parties and special events. The Greenhouse accommodates up to 54 guests, and when combined with the Wine Cellar, the two rooms can accommodate up to 100 guests.
